Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Sweat with Ki for your fitness apparel needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy.

Eligibility:
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Process:

Once your request is received, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Shipping and Handling:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return or exchange is received by us. Sweat with Ki is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Refunds and Credits:
For returns, once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will process your replacement item and ship it to you as soon as possible.

Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions and Limitations:
Final sale items, personalized or customized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

International Orders:
For international orders, please note that additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Returns and exchanges for international orders are subject to the same conditions and procedures as domestic orders.
