First of all ma’am! The material goes crazy and this is my new favorite! I need more colors! I love it and it’s so comfortable, my man likes how soft it is. The frequency of training sessions depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Typically, clients train with me 2-3 times per week for optimal results, but I’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

You don’t need any special equipment to get started, but having a pair of comfortable workout shoes and clothing is recommended. As you progress, I may introduce resistance bands, dumbbells, or other equipment to enhance your workouts.

While I’m not a registered dietitian, I can provide general guidance and support to help you make healthier food choices. I can also recommend resources or refer you to a nutritionist for more personalized guidance.

The timeline for seeing results varies depending on factors such as your starting point, goals, consistency, and adherence to the program. With dedication and commitment, you can expect to see noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness within a few weeks.

Yes, I offer virtual training sessions for clients who prefer to work out from on their own. 

My training approach is holistic, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on mental and emotional well-being. I prioritize building a strong rapport with my clients, creating a supportive and empowering environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve their goals.

I completely understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans, and unforeseen circumstances may cause you to miss a session. However, due to the limited availability of time slots and the commitment I’ve made to other clients, I’m unable to change your schedule or offer a refund for missed sessions. Rest assured, I’m here to support you in any way I can, so if you have questions on what you can do on your own please let me know.
